Adjacent to Gem Prep Meridian, Fat Guy’s Fresh Deli, and Independence Indoor Shooting, our state-of-the-art Meridian office is easy to find and convenient for patients from Eagle, Kuna, Boise, Star, and other Treasure Valley communities. We’re open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday. The building and our office are wheelchair-accessible and free parking is available for your convenience.

From the South (Kuna):

  • Head east on W 4th St/N Yardley Ave toward N Locust Ave
  • Turn right onto N Linder Ave
  • At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto W 1st St
  • Continue onto N Linder Ave
  • Continue onto E Avalon St
  • Continue onto ID-69 N
  • Pass by Carl's Jr (on the left in 7.3 miles)
  • Turn right onto E Overland Rd
  • Turn right onto Accolade Ave S/S Wells Ave
  • Turn left onto E Gala Ct
  • We're located on the right, at 2667 E Gala Court, #130.

From the East (Boise):

  • Head southeast on Fairview Ave/W Main St toward N 6th St
  • Turn right at the 1st cross street onto S 6th St
  • Use the right 2 lanes to turn right onto W Front St
  • Pass by Trader Joe's (on the left)
  • Continue onto Boise Connecter
  • Continue onto I-184 W/Boise Connecter
  • Use the left 2 lanes to merge onto I-84 W toward Nampa/Ontario
  • Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 46 for ID-55 N toward Eagle/McCall
  • Keep left at the fork to continue toward ID-55/S Eagle Rd
  • Use any lane to turn left onto ID-55/S Eagle Rd
  • Keep left to continue on S Eagle Rd
  • Use the right 2 lanes to turn right onto E Overland Rd

  • Head east on W State St toward N Star Rd
